SNE Online Enrollment Form

Welcome to the first mile of safety for Subaru retailers and owners – enrollment.  Recall Masters recommends completing all 5 sections of the online enrollment process in one session, as information entered could be lost should your device restart or go into sleep mode.  Completing this information online will expedite enrollment and onboarding.  Please give attention to accuracy.  If you do not have the information that is required, please retrieve and revisit the online enrollment form.  There are several fields that are required and will not allow submission until completed.  Thank you for your assistance.

At the bottom of section 5 is a “Submit” button.  Please note that submission may require processing for up to 10 minutes.  Please DO NOT quit out, click on the “Processing” button or attempt to resubmit.  Once you see “Processing”, please do not close the browser window.  You are free to open other browser windows, but continue to allow the form to submit in the background until you are sent to the “Thank You” page.
