Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) and Recall Masters are proud to announce a special Takata recall action pilot program available to select MNAO dealers. In response to the difficulties faced in coordinating the identification, notification, and repair of vehicles affected by the Takata Airbag Inflator and mandated for expedited repair under NHTSA’s Coordinated Remedy Order (CRO), the primary goals of this program are to: 1) help dealers streamline their internal scheduling and repair processes, 2) find and notify the owners of recalled Takata vehicles and make it easy for them to complete their repairs and 3) improve Mazda’s Takata recall completion.  To learn more, please visit the program summary page here.  For those dealerships approved by MNAO to participate, please complete the enrollment form below.
