About Us:

We are a leading B2B company providing data-driven services to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Our core web application is integral to managing customer data, monitoring service delivery, and generating advanced reporting on marketing campaigns, call center activity, and ETL processes. We’re looking for a skilled Front-end Developer to work on feature-rich interfaces, sophisticated data visualizations, and interactive components in our core web app.

About the Position:

As a Back-end Developer, you’ll own the robustness, scalability and security of Recall Masters’ comprehensive tools. You’ll work closely with our Systems Architect, developing new features and improving existing ones. You’ll work with our development team to determine the best development methods and create tickets that identify each step required. Providing only the best tools for our clients and staff is our mission. You’ll also work closely with our design and product teams to determine how to translate user needs into an appealing application with feasible engineering solutions.

Hands on engineering skills
Back End experience
Strong experience in Python, Django and AWS.
Experience in 3rd party integrations.
Good communicator/collaborator.

What You’ll Need

Backend Development experience: 3+ years of experience with clear understanding of how to solve security, authorization, scalability and testability challenges with Python and TypeScript, following best practices.
Cloud experience: Track record of developing high speed, data-heavy web applications in the cloud. AWS experience required.
System architecture experience: Being familiar with monolithic and micro-service architecture and event-driven backend implementation.
Affinity for infrastructure: Being able to come up with cloud solution ideas to improve scalability.
Back-end Solutions: Be well-versed with Lambda, Python, Dremio, RedShift, PostgreSQL and Django.
Tools: Demonstrated experience with Jira, Github, CircleCI/CD pipelines
Teamwork: Being able to build on and bring the maximum potential of each developer and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, with clear communication and collaboration skills.
Ownership: Track record of driving and delivering complete, high-quality solutions to problems independently.

This role leverages a flex-schedule that may involve nontraditional working hours. Must be able to work from a home office.
