Position Overview:

As a Performance Manager, you’ll leverage our strong industry reputation, advanced data, client testimonials, and comprehensive communication tools to drive success. You’ll work remotely from your greater Dallas/Houston/or Austin, TX metro home office, collaborating with internal teams and management, while also engaging with clients offsite to build and maintain relationships.

The ideal candidate will have fixed operations experience, be well-established in the current market, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. You’ll navigate multiple prospect contacts to connect with key decision-makers at dealerships. Success in this role requires a focus on quality client engagement, enhancing our solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with active clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities daily, weekly, and monthly. In addition, key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a book of business and additional upsells of products and services.
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements, and update CRM with all activity.
  • Identify opportunities within Recall Master’s services through current customer referrals.
  • Provide relevant feedback to other departments within Recall Masters based on client/prospect engagement.
  • Position will be measured monthly based on client engagement, an overall increase in the assigned book of business and, most importantly, retention.

Additional Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Regular client engagement and follow-up on a monthly basis.
  • Drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain regular in-person visits with key accounts on a quarterly basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience of Fixed Ops is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B environment
  • Consistent track record of achieving company revenue, churn, and performance goals
  • Consultative approach — listen to the clients, understand their needs, and tailor your communications to meet their expectations.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong passion for problem-solving and learning
  • Must be comfortable using CRM to manage a sales pipeline, and report on progress and quota achievement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce is a plus
